The central issue for leaders: making a good future possible


Leaders are often criticised for the shortcomings of their organisations; yet, they themselves share a sense of powerlessness to change longstanding problems. Paul Gilding, former CEO of Greenpeace, told a conference last week that leaders need to find a way to enable deep change in their organisations. Otherwise, environmental, economic and social problems will overwhelm us.
