‘Antagonistic’ employee refused to recognise safety protocol


A worker’s unfair dismissal application has been dismissed because Fair Work Australia found that the ‘antagonistic’ worker, who had a supervisory role, demonstrated indifference towards, and a refusal to recognise, his employer’s safety protocol.
