Workers ‘deliberately’ denied protective function of prohibition notices


A shipbuilding and maintenance business has been convicted and fined $13,500 by the South Australian Industrial Court, after the magistrate found that its managing director had deliberately disregarding three prohibition notices placed on a mobile crane and an elevated work platform.
