About the conference
The Climate Change @ Work Conference promotes achieving sustainability in the workplace through sustainable leadership and management practice. This conference covers a range of issues from important HR management issues, such as how sustainability practices will affect workplace relations, and skill demands and jobs, to operational issues, such as achieving carbon reduction in the workplace. Another key management issue to be presented at the conference is how to promote, communicate and engage your employees in sustainable development.
Themes
The main themes of the 2010 conference are green jobs and carbon reduction in the workplace, with case studies from the different intermediaries driving sustainability in Australian workplaces (eg Group Training Organisations, Employers and Unions).
