Dismissed for wilful asbestos exposure, not OHS complaint


The former manager of a club operated by the Police and Community Youth Clubs NSW was not fired because he had complained of an OHS risk, but because he willingly exposed an employee to the possible presence of asbestos, the NSW Industrial Relations Court ruled, dismissing his allegation of unlawful dismissal.
