Stressful environment not linked to call worker’s dehabilitating disorder


A call centre worker, who adduced ‘insufficient’ evidence with respect to a possible nexus between his alleged workplace bullying and his ‘incapacitating’ psychiatric condition, is not eligible for workers’ compensation, the NSW Workers compensation Commission has ruled.
